IOT Plc in association with Ricoh and the
registered charity “Seeds for Africa”, give
customers the opportunity to neutralise some of the carbon
dioxide produced by their copying and printing by planting
a fruit tree in Africa for every 100,000 pages output
from a Ricoh multi functional printer.
The trees will
be planted in various communities in three African
countries - Tanzania, Uganda and Kenya. The trees are
planted not
only to offset carbon emissions
made in the printing and copying process, but also to provide nutrition and
extra income for these communities.
